It All started when…
Minds i No Limits was founded in 1999, by Executive Producer Bill Horneck, who has spearheaded literally thousands of video, film and TV projects over the last three decades.
Upon graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1986 with a Bachelors of Science in Film & TV Production, he developed his skills while working freelance production and producing for studios and other producers throughout the New York metropolitan area, including a diverse portfolio of projects, from horror films, sports documentaries, corporate films, home video series and television specials.
In 1995, Horneck moved to South Florida and began producing a series of nationally televised informational programs including, “Today’s Environment with Ed Begley Jr.”, “The Balancing Act with Joanna Kerns” and “The Best of Wine & Food with George Hamilton”.
He also developed the sports division of Five Star to become a trusted resource for professional sports franchises entering the world of in-game entertainment for in-arena scoreboards and broadcast partner needs with. At one time, his teams provided services in every major sport, for both live and pre-produced programming, for clients such as NBA Entertainment, the Miami Heat, the Miami Dolphins, Florida Panthers, Miami Marlins, FOX Sports, ESPN, TNT and others.
In the world of corporate communications Horneck has led the Minds i team on initiatives for American Express, Patron Spirits, Pfizer, Tetra-Fauna, Rolf C. Hagen & Company, Harley-Davidson, The YMCA, Levenger, McKinsey & Company, Sbarros and hundreds of other very small to medium large companies.
